Who is it perfect for:

Clients who know their space needs a design evolution but realize they’re not the person to figure it out nor do they have the hours necessary to get it all done right.

What it includes:

» A 30 minute discovery call

» An initial site visit ($250 fee due before our visit) to learn more about your style and needs and to measure the space. I’ll ask a ton of questions which will help me create a comprehensive scope of work and estimate. I use a flat fee structure which means you will know up front exactly what to expect when you receive invoices.

» Once you pay your deposit (50%), I’ll dive in on floor plans and mood boards for your approval. I’ll include details and items that you didn’t realize you needed.

» At the concept presentation I’ll show you lots of samples and beautiful concept boards for each space.

» Next is a furnishing/furniture proposal for your sign-off and then we order all of your items and manage their shipment/delivery while sending you weekly updates. We’ll also manage all of the other resources needed to complete your project from wallpaperers to electricians. Note that we work with suppliers who sell to the trade exclusively so you get outstanding quality at prices lower than retail in many cases.

» During the implementation and installation phase all of your furnishings are delivered to your home and I set them up and style them. Sit back and enjoy a beautiful space that reflects your taste and lifestyle for years to come!
